- Include proof of purchase

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the error was caused by Steamvora or its fulfillment partner. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
